MojoMojo Overdrive
Mojo Mojo Overdrive
Joltin’ the Juice
One of the reasons why we've achieved such a dynamic pedal is the fact that we use a special circuit that ramps up the voltage to more than 3-4 times the amount of your typical drive pedals. However, we don't use this added gain to squeeze more overdrive/distortion out of the pedal, but to dramatically increase the headroom and dynamics. The result? The most alive overdrive you have ever heard and a pedal that defines all that is magic about overdriven sounds.
Directing Distortion
MojoMojo is a very musical pedal, but it needs direction. It'll be up to you to integrate it into your gear via the tone controls. Luckily, MojoMojo sounds great right off the bat and dialing in what you want, from added punch or body to added beef on your leads, is fun and easy.
Get Heard
In essence, an overdrive is something you get from a fully cranked tube amp working hard. Simple, but so dastardly hard to capture. MojoMojo actually succeeded doing this in the most natural and musical of ways and is in fact so 'fat sounding' we added a voicing switch for backing off the bass a bit when used with dark sounding guitars.
FEATURES
Drive
Turn clockwise to add sweet saturation to your tones. Great for boosting existing tones or exploring totally new territory.
Bass
The low frequencies that can make Clapton's 'woman tone' a reality for everyone. Oh, it's an active bass knob, so mid position is neutral, clockwise adds bass and counter clockwise cuts bass frequencies.
Level
How hard the effect hits the amp. Crank for the classic pro trick of pushing your amp harder for endless sustain and fat fat tone!
Treble
Adds clarity and bell-like highs to your tone. This knob is also active, allowing you to add or cut as you see fit, while the mid-position is like Switzerland: neutral.
Maximum You
TC drive pedals offer true bypass. It simply means that no matter what your setup or situation, they give you optimal signal integrity so the 'you' in your playing shines through with unparalleled clarity and definition.
Mini Toggle
MojoMojo is one of the few overdrive pedals that doesn't eat up low end, and this little toggle allows you to really add some seismic mayhem in the up position, or add a focused low cut for the juiciest sound known to mankind.
